Two months and -8 lbs later…

I just feel great that after hitting the gym 3-4x/week since Oct 1, I am now 8lbs lighter…yehey! That is without diet, mind you. I dont deprive myself of what I eat, I just eat moderately. Ang hirap din. I never thought I will lose weight since my CLOMID days…thank God for Fitness First!

"Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going" This is what they say in Fitness First. Yep, I am motivated, I feel stronger now, I don’t get that tired easily and I feel healthy. I love BODYJAM…I really love to dance and I feel good after. It’s like when I don’t get to do bodyjam,I feel like something’s not complete.

Anyway, I just wanna share. c",)
